Head of RTB

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the global RTB growth strategy
• Scale high-quality SSP traffic, DSP partnerships, and Ad Exchange integrations
• Build and lead the RTB Department, including Team Leads and operational teams
• Establish scalable workflows, KPIs, reporting, and performance standards
• Source and develop strategic SSP, DSP, and Ad Exchange partnerships
• Improve partner performance, reduce discrepancies, and increase operational transparency
• Manage traffic quality, compliance requirements, and anti-fraud solutions
• Own the department’s operational performance and delivery against business targets
• Collaborate with Product, Demand, Traffic, Optimization, Finance, and Technical teams
• Translate market and partner feedback into product improvements

Key Qualifications:

• Leadership experience in RTB, Programmatic, Yield, Supply, or Ad Operations within AdTech
• Deep understanding of SSPs, DSPs, Ad Exchanges, OpenRTB, and auction mechanics
• Strong experience managing supply and demand partnerships
• Proven experience building and developing high-performing teams
• Strong analytical skills and experience with KPIs and performance reporting
• Knowledge of traffic quality management, anti-fraud solutions, and discrepancy reduction
• Strong understanding of web traffic monetization and performance optimization
• Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills
• Strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution and a high level of ownership
• English: B2+
