Adtech Solutions is a product adtech team in the fintech and crypto sphere.
Responsibilities
Daily Tasks
- Lead three main departments for FB, Google, and Native resources;
- Ensure stable account issuance speed and other resources from suppliers;
- Set up and develop the account preparation direction;
- Obtain the best conditions from partners for replenishment and services;
- Develop the partner network;
- Research the market and trends;
- Ensure KPI achievement and business unit self-sustainability;
- Work for the main client — in-house media buying and then for the external market.
Requirements
Important Skills
- Deep understanding of anti-detects, proxies, cookies, payment systems, Google, Facebook, and Native Ads;
- Proactivity and ability to take responsibility without waiting for a task description;
- Experience managing both large and small teams;
- Ability to build processes from scratch and readiness to get hands-on when necessary;
- Good orientation in the supplier market, contacts in agencies;
- Willingness to quickly expand the partner network where it does not yet exist.
