• Team and process management:

- Establishing effective internal processes within the media buying team. - Organizing regular team operations: conducting weekly general meetings, 1-on-1 meetings, and coordination calls. - Distributing work among buyers, monitoring KPI performance and tasks for the team/cell. - Interacting with related departments, suppliers of consumables, infrastructure, and production.

• Working with bundles and analytics:

- Independently searching, forming, testing new bundles, and verifying hypotheses. - Scaling successful bundles and identifying growth points to increase profit. - In-depth analysis of advertising campaign results in the tracker, timely adjustment of team work based on data.

• Creativity and content:

- Organizing and controlling the content creation process within the team. - Preparing clear technical assignments (TAs) for designers and monitoring the quality of finished materials.

• Experience and verticals:

- At least 1 year of experience as a Team Lead in media buying. - Expertise in the Crypto vertical (high priority). Candidates with strong skills in Nutra and Gambling are also considered. - Successful experience managing a team of 2-3 buyers (we value your cases: resolving disputes, crisis management during turbulent times, and achieving extraordinary results).

• Technical skills and analytics:

- Confident and expert-level work with Facebook Ads. - Experience working at an expert level with trackers and cloaking tools. - Deep understanding, analysis, and ability to manage key metrics (ROI, ROAS, EPL, etc.). - Excellent skills in working with large data sets and end-to-end analytics.

• Scale and mindset:

- Experience working with large budgets. - Skills in strategic planning for the team over a 6-12 month horizon. - Developed critical and systemic thinking (ability to find solutions and alternative approaches when "no one is pouring"). - Pragmatism, proactivity, and strong focus on financial results.
