Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar position;
- Proficient with Google Workspace (sheets, documents), Facebook structure (understanding of interface, errors), task managers (Asana, Teamly, etc.), knowledge bases (Notion, Teamly, or similar);
- Good market orientation for suppliers, contacts in agencies;
- Ability to manage both large (up to 20 employees) and small teams;
- Skill in building processes from scratch and readiness to engage hands-on at initial stages;
- Ability to communicate in English with contractors (B1-B2 level);
- Personal qualities: responsibility, proactivity, communication skills, leadership, flexibility and adaptability, stress resistance, result orientation.
