• Good market orientation for suppliers, contacts in agencies;
• Ability to manage both large (up to 20 employees) and small teams;
• Ability to build processes from scratch and willingness to get hands-on when necessary;
• Ability to communicate in writing with contractors in English (B1-B2 level);
• Personal qualities: responsibility, proactivity, communication skills, leadership, flexibility and adaptability, stress resistance, result orientation.

• Remote work format;
