We are looking for experienced Team Leads for Media Buying and Farming in the crypto vertical. Join our marketing company and help scale results.

A marketing company in the crypto vertical. On the market for over 3 years, we are growing and looking for strong leaders to help scale results.
Responsibilities
Team Lead Media Buying (Facebook / Google)
- Launch, optimize, and scale campaigns.
- Understand CPA/CPL and manage budgets.
- Team management experience is a plus.
Team Lead Farming (Facebook / Google)
- Manage farmers and ensure quality account processes.
- Control the flow for buyers.
Requirements
Team Lead Media Buying (Facebook / Google)
- Relevant experience with Facebook Ads.
- Understand traffic economics and worked with CPL.
- Experience managing a team (3+ people) is preferred.
Team Lead Farming (Facebook / Google)
- Experience managing farmers (Facebook or Google) is mandatory.
- Created or optimized farming processes.
- Experience with infrastructure: anti-detects, proxies, telephony, emails.
