We are TBC, a team working with influencer traffic in the Binary Options vertical. We are looking for a strong Team Lead to develop and manage the Media Buying department.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage the Media Buying department
- Lead the team and set tasks
- Control KPI and analyze performance
- Scale campaigns and find new connections
- Build internal processes within the department
Requirements
- 2+ years of practical experience with Facebook Ads at a strong buyer level
- 6–12+ months in a Team Lead position
- Mandatory experience in Binary Options
- Experience managing budgets of $50,000+ per month
- Experience in hiring, onboarding, and developing media buyers
- Ability to build processes within the department
