About this role
Bypass LTD is seeking experienced Team Leads and Media Buyers to enhance our CPA marketing team, focusing on turning traffic and ad budgets into profit.

Responsibilities
Your Responsibilities:
- Forming and managing a team of media buyers;
- Developing infrastructure: setting tasks for related departments, finding and implementing solutions (accounts, sellers, tech setup);
- Searching, analyzing, and testing promising advertising connections;
- Setting up and optimizing advertising campaigns in the Crypto vertical;
- Monitoring metrics, optimizing, and scaling advertising activities;
- Strategic planning of traffic purchasing: developing budgets, KPIs, and tests.
Requirements
What We Expect from You:
- Experience as a Team Lead or Senior Media Buyer for at least 1 year;
- Proven experience in Crypto or Nutra verticals;
- Practical experience with advertising platforms: Google Ads, Facebook Ads;
- Team management experience: hiring, developing, and evaluating effectiveness;
- Ability to set tasks for related departments (Tech / Design / Farm) and form requirements;
- Confident knowledge of analytics: working with metrics, reports, and decision-making.
