We are looking for a strong Media Buyer / Team Lead with real experience in traffic schemes for Crypto, Finance, Gambling, and Gaming verticals.
Responsibilities

- Traffic inflow and scaling on Meta (Facebook)
- Working with Tier-1 / Tier-2 / Tier-3 GEO
- Analyzing and controlling key metrics (ROI, CPA, CR, CPC, etc.)
- Maintaining stable profit and volumes
- Gradual participation in managing the buying team
- Setting tasks, quality control of launches and scaling
Requirements
Requirements
- Real experience in traffic work for at least 3 years
- Experience with verticals: Crypto / Finance / Gambling / Gaming
- Experience managing budgets from $1.5k daily
- Deep understanding of Meta Ads and internal metrics
- Practical experience in team management / mentoring
- Experience working with a team of at least 4 people is a big plus
- Ability to work with volumes and maintain stable results
