Looking for an experienced Team Lead Media Buyer with expertise in traffic schemes in the Crypto vertical.
Responsibilities

- Launch, manage, and scale advertising campaigns
- Work with Tier-1 / Tier-2 / Tier-3 GEO
- Analyze and control key metrics (ROI, CPA, CR, CPC, etc.)
- Ensure stable profit and meet planned volumes
- Gradually take over team management of buyers
- Set tasks, control quality of launches and scaling
- Search and test new connections and working approaches
Requirements
Requirements
- Proven experience of at least 3 years
- Practical experience in the verticals: Crypto / Finance / Gambling
- Experience with large advertising budgets
- Deep understanding of analytics and internal metrics
- Practical experience in team management
- Ability to work with large volumes of traffic and maintain stable results
- Strong analytical skills and ability to make quick decisions based on data
