Description
Join wallet as the Head of User Acquisition to lead paid acquisition strategies across various platforms and manage budgets effectively.
Responsibilities
- Own the paid acquisition strategy and budget across ad platforms, mobile and crypto ad networks, affiliate and CPA.
- Select, onboard, and manage agencies and contractors. Set the brief, the quality bar, and the commercial terms. Replace partners who do not perform.
- Define the product promotions and incentives that go into advertising: which offer, for which segment, in which market. Work with the product team to ship them and measure the lift.
- Make budget decisions from data, not from intuition. Define which events and metrics need tracking, set the requirements for our analysts, and run structured experiments to prove a channel actually adds users instead of taking credit for them.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience acquiring users for crypto, trading, iGaming, or similar products, including buying under platform restrictions where standard fintech playbooks do not apply.
- Track record managing multi-million USD annual paid budgets, accountable for the outcome and not only for the spend.
