• Search and hire international specialists for various company directions (marketing, outreach, community, moderators, designers, devs, growth, etc.)
• Fully communicate with English-speaking candidates
• Conduct initial screening, video interviews, and support candidates until they join the in-house team (further adaptation and internal support are not HR's responsibilities)
• Form a strong candidate pipeline for the company's rapid growth
• Use modern sourcing methods: Twitter/X, LinkedIn, Discord, Telegram, Web3 communities, closed databases, networking, and other channels
• Build effective hiring funnels for different positions: think through selection stages, create test assignments, hiring structure, and candidate progression logic
• Understand the specifics of the AI/Web3 market and current trends
• Help form an international team for a global product.

• Fluent English (spoken + written)
• Experience in the international market and hiring foreign employees
• Knowledge of AI/Web3 ecosystems
• Deep understanding of Western digital culture and how the English-speaking audience thinks
• Ability to independently find strong Web3-native candidates and expertise on where to search
• Systematic thinking and understanding of how to build an effective recruitment process for a rapidly growing startup
• Willingness to regularly engage in video calls with candidates and represent the company in the international market (a confident, professional, and communicative online presence is important, as HR is one of the first people through whom candidates form an impression of the company).
