About this role
Aurora Labs is seeking a Global Recruiter with a strong sourcing background to hire top talent in the AI and Web3 sectors. This is a full-time remote position offering competitive pay and bonuses.
Description
We are Aurora Labs, a studio that launches and develops full-cycle projects.
Responsibilities
- Search and hire international specialists for various company directions (marketing, outreach, community, moderators, designers, devs, growth, etc.)
- Fully communicate with English-speaking candidates
- Conduct initial screening, video interviews, and support candidates until they join the in-house team
- Form a strong candidate pipeline for the company's rapid growth
- Use modern sourcing methods: Twitter/X, LinkedIn, Discord, Telegram, Web3 communities, closed databases, networking, and other channels
- Build effective hiring funnels for different positions
- Understand the specifics of the AI/Web3 market and current trends
- Help form an international team for a global product.
Requirements
- Fluent English (spoken + written)
- Experience in the international market and hiring overseas employees
- Knowledge of AI / Web3 ecosystems
- Deep understanding of Western digital culture and the mindset of English-speaking audiences
- Ability to independently find strong Web3-native candidates
- Systematic thinking and understanding of how to build an effective recruitment process for a rapidly growing startup
- Willingness to regularly engage in video calls with candidates and represent the company on the international market.
