• Search and hire international specialists for various company directions (marketing, outreach, community, moderators, designers, devs, growth, etc.)
• Fully communicate with English-speaking candidates
• Conduct initial screening, video interviews, and support candidates until they join the in-house team
• Form a strong candidate pipeline for the company's rapid growth
• Use modern sourcing methods: Twitter/X, LinkedIn, Discord, Telegram, Web3 communities, closed databases, networking, and other channels
• Build effective hiring funnels for different positions
• Understand the specifics of the AI/Web3 market and current trends
• Help form an international team for a global product.

• Fluent English (spoken + written)
• Experience in the international market and hiring overseas employees
• Knowledge of AI / Web3 ecosystems
• Deep understanding of Western digital culture and the mindset of English-speaking audiences
• Ability to independently find strong Web3-native candidates
• Systematic thinking and understanding of how to build an effective recruitment process for a rapidly growing startup
• Willingness to regularly engage in video calls with candidates and represent the company on the international market.
