About this role
AGIMA is looking for an AI Developer Intern to work on AI tools for the company's products. Flexible schedule with remote work.
Description
AGIMA's internal R&D team is gathering AI tools for the team and the company's products. Full-stack tasks involve both backend and frontend work, sometimes in a single ticket.
Responsibilities
- Write integrations of AI agents with corporate systems
- Improve internal services: authorization, logging, personal accounts, dashboards
- Build landing pages and product pages from ready-made blocks according to the brand book
- Create UI over AI services: dashboards, plugins for messengers, training interfaces
- Deploy services in the company's infrastructure, bind domains, fix monitoring
Requirements
- Familiarity with LLM harness (Claude Code / Codex / VS Code + Claude Code extension): understanding of context, skills, sub-agents, MCP
- Basic coding: ability to read someone else's Python / JS / TS service, understand and make changes
- Linux, Docker, git — at a level of 'not lost in the terminal'
- Independence: decompose tasks and move them forward yourself, mentor is for architectural questions and reviews
- English for reading documentation
- Plus: Next.js / React / TypeScript, Tailwind, shadcn/ui; Python / Node.js at a level of 'wrote your own services'; n8n, DeepResearch, experience with deployment and CI/CD
Conditions & Benefits

- Internship compensation: 4,000 ₽ per month
