Responsibilities
- Create advertising creatives.
- Test new hypotheses and implement bold ideas.
- Actively work with AI and analyze performance metrics (CTR, CVR, ROAS).
Requirements
- Proficient in After Effects (Speed Graph, keyframes, scripts).
- Basic knowledge of Photoshop (Pen Tool, masks).
- Strong design fundamentals (composition, color, typography).
- Experience with AI tools and prompt optimization.
- At least 1 year of in-house experience or 2 years freelance.
