Description
Dream Quest is a text-based life simulator set in the Middle Ages for Android. Players make decisions, build relationships with characters, and live their own story in a world where every choice can affect future events and the hero's fate.
Responsibilities
- Receive new builds and check implemented changes.
- Conduct simple acceptance and regression tests.
- Verify game scenarios and critical paths.
- Find bugs, visual issues, and text errors.
- Notice illogical transitions, contradictions, and oddities in game behavior.
- Create clear bug reports with screenshots and reproduction steps.
- Recheck fixed errors.
- Occasionally participate in discussions about mechanics and user experience.
Requirements
- You are interested in games and the development process.
- You love text-based, narrative, or role-playing games.
- You read texts carefully and notice inconsistencies.
- You want to understand how the game works internally, not just play it.
- You can sequentially check the same scenarios.
- You calmly and constructively communicate found issues.
- You can dedicate about 4 hours a week to the project, sometimes up to 8 hours.
- You have an Android smartphone.
- Previous experience in QA or game development is welcome but not required.
