MTS Bank is looking for a Lead Business Analyst to identify and analyze business needs, document requirements, and communicate with stakeholders in a hybrid work format.
Responsibilities

- Identify, analyze, and structure business needs through interviews, workshops, and brainstorming with stakeholders
- Document requirements using User Stories, Use Cases, BPMN/UML diagrams, and create mockups and prototypes in Figma, Balsamiq, Miro
- Communicate constantly with business customers and the development team to ensure everyone is on the same page
- Participate in sprint planning and task complexity assessment
- Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validate that implementation meets requirements
- Manage change requests and prioritize the backlog with the Product Owner
Requirements
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in the banking sector
- Experience with HR systems in terms of requirements formation and implementation processes
- Understanding of Agile (Scrum, Kanban)
- Experience with Jira, Confluence (or similar ALM tools)
- Proficiency in techniques for gathering and analyzing requirements (interviews, observations, surveys, brainstorming)
- Experience creating: Use Cases, User Stories (with clear acceptance criteria), BPMN, UML (Use Case, Activity, Sequence diagrams), ERD
- Prototyping skills (Balsamiq, Figma, Miro or similar)
