What you'll do

• Build the product.
• Own the design of Spark's developer-facing tools, dashboards, and wallet experiences.
• Ship prototypes and demos.
• Build functional, high-fidelity prototypes that show partners and prospects what Spark can do.
• Create marketing and launch assets.
• Design and build pages, visuals, and materials that communicate Spark's capabilities.
• Work across Lightspark.
• Contribute to the broader Lightspark product and brand alongside three other designers.
• Use AI to move faster.
• Use tools like Cursor and Claude to prototype and iterate on UI.

Who you are

• Minimum 5+ years of experience shipping high-quality digital products at a product-driven company.
• Strong visual and interaction design skills.
• Fluent with AI-assisted design and development workflows.
• Experience designing for technical audiences: developers, platform teams, or infrastructure products.
• Self-directed and able to take a loosely defined problem and build fast.

Preferred

• Experience with crypto, payments, fintech, or developer tools.
• Familiarity with Bitcoin, Lightning, stablecoins, or L2 networks.
• Comfortable working in or around code (HTML/CSS/JS).
• A portfolio that includes prototypes, demos, or interactive experiences.
• Experience on a small design team where you wore multiple hats.
