What you'll be working on

• Leading a cross-functional team to discover, scope, and create high-impact improvements to our user flows focussed on lifting conversion
• Hunting down friction and blockers across the customer journey and resolving it
• Setting the bar for user experience and championing it across the organisation
• Defining the KPIs that matter and using them to guide data-driven decisions
• Building out an analytics setup that supports fast, informed decision-making
• Partnering closely with engineering, design, and marketing to shape a customer-focused roadmap
• Owning the product development lifecycle and ensuring delivery stays on time and on budget
• Engaging executives, customers, and partners to gather feedback and build alignment on product direction
• Coaching and motivating your team to grow and hit their goals

What you'll bring

• A proven track record as a Senior or Lead Product Manager on a global digital product. Fintech product management strongly preferred but not essential.
• Direct B2C and payments experience, this is essential.
• Experience in a fast-moving scale-up or start-up environment.
• Deep fluency across the product development lifecycle: discovery, delivery, continuous discovery, hypothesis validation, and running experiments
• Zero-to-one experience shipping a consumer-facing product, ideally in a regulated environment
• A genuinely data-driven mindset - you can identify the metrics that matter, dig into their drivers, and evaluate the success of your work (and your team's)
• The ability to lead strategically while staying hands-on when it counts
• Experience managing and mentoring cross-functional teams
• Strong analytics skills paired with sound UX instincts, including conversion optimisation
• Fluency with AI tools and a sharp instinct for where they actually move the needle in a product workflow
• Excellent communication, the confidence to push back positively when needed, and an ability to work well with diverse teams
• An appetite for challenging but rewarding work.
