About the Role

We are looking for a sharp, agile Commercial Lawyer to handle the operational heartbeat of the exchange. You will manage everyday contract pipelines, negotiate vendor agreements, and spearhead product launch projects.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate a high volume of commercial contracts (e.g., SaaS, marketing partnerships, market maker agreements, and liquidity provider layouts)
• Act as the primary legal partner for product and engineering teams, ensuring new features launch with solid terms of service and minimal user friction

Requirements

• Qualified lawyer
• At least 3 years of post-qualification experience (PQE), ideally with a mix of top-tier law firm training and in-house experience
• Strong background in FinTech, Web3, or crypto exchanges
• Deep understanding of crypto, high risk-tolerance for ambiguity, creative drafting, and ability to explain complex legal risks to non-lawyers in plain English
• Hands-on and independent in managing complex projects while working as part of a team
• Great communication skills in both English and Chinese
• Familiar with crypto use cases
