## What you’ll do: - Provide ongoing data protection advice across the Bitpanda Group, supporting business, product and engineering teams on day-to-day privacy questions and new initiatives - Support the Group Data Protection Officer in maintaining and developing the company's data protection management system, policies and internal guidelines - Draft, review and negotiate data processing agreements, data transfer mechanisms, privacy notices and other data protection documentation - Help manage data subject requests, personal data breaches and enquiries from supervisory authorities - Monitor regulatory developments in data protection and assess their impact on the Bitpanda Group, and deliver internal training and awareness initiatives

## Who you are: - A university degree in law from a European university, ideally with a focus on data protection, IT/IP law and/or regulatory law - A minimum of 1 to 3 years of professional experience in data protection / privacy law, gained in an international law firm, a regulatory authority, or as in-house counsel in an international company (a completed bar exam and/or a privacy certification such as CIPP/E is an advantage) - Solid working knowledge of the GDPR and related European and national data protection laws; familiarity with the regulatory environment for financial services and crypto-assets is a plus - Team player with quick comprehension, a solution-oriented and precise way of working, and the ability to work reliably both independently and in a team - Fluency in English is required; German is an advantage
