About this role
Join our international IT holding as a Legal Counsel, focusing on B2B contracts, corporate law, compliance, and iGaming licensing. Full remote position.
Description
We are an international IT holding (performance agency + our own B2B iGaming product). We are scaling to new markets and looking for a lawyer to autonomously manage the legal direction.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Contracts: B2B agreements (PSP, technology, anti-fraud), redlining and negotiations with international partners.
- Corporate: support for legal entities in various jurisdictions, working with registration agents and banks.
- Compliance: KYC/KYB procedures with payment services.
- iGaming & IP: licensing, trademark registration, protection of intellectual property rights (in conjunction with local counsel).
Requirements
Requirements
- Experience of 3 years (in-house in international IT/digital).
- Confident command of English for drafting contracts and negotiations.
- Practical experience with international corporate law and KYC/KYB.
- Experience in High-Risk / iGaming / licensing.
