• Launch and manage advertising campaigns;
• Create funnels with native warming;
• Scale working connections;

• Interact with the creative team.

Technical Specialist

• Set up lead funnels in Chatterfy (statuses, pipelines, routing);
• Automate lead processing (auto-responses, triggers, delays, tags, segmentation);
• Distribute leads among operators (round-robin, priorities);
• Control SLA (response time, touches, escalations);
• Develop Telegram bots for the funnel (warming, data collection: name, country, deposit);
• Integrate bots with Chatterfy, set up auto-transitions (bot ↔️ operator);
• Set up Webhook/API for data exchange with external systems;
• Analytics and reporting:

Media Buyer

• Similar work experience with Facebook Ads/Google for at least 1 year in crypto/binary options or forex verticals;
• Experience with Forex, binary options, crypto;
• Experience working with MENA or Africa is mandatory;
• Understanding the specifics of crypto and investment products, as well as content nuances;
• Experience with different geos, especially Tier1;
• Knowledge of Dolphin, Keitaro, proxies.

Technical Specialist

• Experience with Chatterfy (setting up funnels, auto-actions, routing, SLA);
• Knowledge of Telegram bot logic (data collection, warming, transitions to operator);
• Proficient in Webhook/API (integrations, sending/receiving data);
• Experience with Google Sheets / BI (creating dashboards, auto-updating, formulas, scripts);
• Understanding of lead funnels and metrics (CR, FTD/RD, average check, response time);
• Skill in cohort analysis (grouping by days, sources, operators);
• Ability to export and link data from CRM with tables (setting up automatic cohort calculation).
