Responsibilities
- Own the full customer lifecycle—new logo, expansion, and renewal.
- Design and build workflow solutions live with customers.
- Partner with BDRs on target account planning.
- Navigate commercial sizing, proposal construction, procurement, legal, and security review.
- Guide customers through early implementation with a clear adoption plan.
- Partner with Outcomes Architects on onboarding and expansion strategies.
Requirements
- Experience in selling technical products to technical buyers in the Mid-Market segment.
- Technical fluency and genuine comfort building live in software.
- Strong discovery and qualification instincts.
- Experience running complex, multi-stakeholder interactions.
- Ability to operate with agency and urgency.
- Obsessed with AI, constantly building with the newest tools.
- Native or bilingual-level Korean fluency and business-level English proficiency.
