- 3+ years of experience in JS with strong React and Next.js skills.
- Experience in fullstack production (Node.js, API development).
- Good understanding of frontend architecture, performance optimization, REST/GraphQL.
- Practical experience with AI-based coding agents (Claude Code, Gemini CLI, Codex, Cursor in agent mode) is essential.
- Familiar with Agile, testing strategies, and product-oriented environments.
- Languages: fluent in Russian + English (B2 and above).
