About this role
KinoKadr is looking for a Middle UI/UX Designer to improve user experience and design new screens for their web platform. The role is part-time and remote, requiring 8-12 hours per week.
Description
KinoKadr is a web platform for film, advertising, clips, and creative industry specialists. Professionals create portfolios and find projects, while producers and clients publish vacancies and gather teams. The MVP has been developed, and we are preparing for a full launch.
Responsibilities
- Improve UX of existing scenarios.
- Design new screens and features.
- Refine desktop and mobile versions.
- Support and develop the design system in Figma.
- Consider forms, modals, errors, empty states, and other interface states.
- Prepare clear layouts for development.
- Analyze user feedback and suggest improvements.
Requirements
- Proficient in Figma.
- Experience in designing web products and services.
- Understanding of UX, responsive design, components, and design systems.
- Ability to independently understand tasks and propose solutions without waiting for detailed specifications.
- Good visual level – the interface should be both beautiful and logical.
- Experience with marketplaces, SaaS, personal accounts, catalogs, filters, and other complex interfaces is a plus.
Conditions & Benefits
- Part-time, 8-12 hours per week.
- Salary: 50,000-70,000₽/month.
