Description
Jumio is a platform for identity verification, eKYC, and AML based on AI and biometrics. It processes over 1 billion transactions and supports more than 5000 types of IDs worldwide, holding over 300 patents and patent applications.
Responsibilities
- Define the architecture of a scalable multi-tenant SaaS platform.
- Optimize AWS infrastructure, performance, and cloud costs.
- Develop distributed data pipelines and implement GenAI in the development cycle.
- Lead the Architecture Review Council and mentor engineering teams.
Requirements
- 12+ years of practical experience in system architecture, data/cloud engineering, or technical leadership.
- Deep experience with AWS: EKS, IAM, Lambda, and networking services.
- Experience with distributed systems, microservices, and event-driven architecture.
- Expert in Java, proficient in Python, and experience with Terraform, CI/CD, Kubernetes, and Docker.
