Product Lead

• Own the product direction and roadmap for the Marketing area
• Lead and develop Product Owners within the team
• Stay hands-on with one of the product teams and own its product cycle end-to-end
• Turn complex business and customer problems into clear product priorities and solutions
• Drive discovery, validation, delivery, launch, and iteration
• Define and track product metrics and use data to guide decisions
• Work closely with Engineering, Design, Data, and other product teams
• Build scalable product processes across the Marketing direction

• 5+ Product Management / Product Ownership experience, ideally in B2B SaaS
• 2+ years of people management experience
• Strong hands-on product background — from discovery and strategy to delivery and iteration
• Experience working with complex, interconnected products
• Strong product thinking and ability to operate in ambiguous environments
• Data-driven approach to product decisions and prioritization
• High level of ownership and independence
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• English — Upper-Intermediate+
