Responsibilities
- Manage the product backlog and plan the delivery of features for the exchange platform;
- Define the business logic for pricing, transaction execution, and liquidity routing;
- Lead functions from requirements to production alongside the engineering team;
- Analyze execution quality, liquidity, and product profitability.
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of Product Management experience, preferably in fintech or complex platform products;
- Experience launching complex features and working with APIs, data, and integrations;
- Skills in prioritizing backlog and understanding revenue, fees, margins, and P/L;
- English B2 or higher and experience coordinating multiple teams.
