- Perform market research and competitor analysis to benchmark OTC pricing, LP performance, and order routing.
- Drive OTC product enhancements, including automating processes and creating dashboards.
- Partner with teams to shape the OTC roadmap and prioritize features.
- Translate ideas into actionable plans and execute from concept to launch.
- Monitor product data and user feedback to refine experiences.
- Manage the product lifecycle by leading cross-functional teams.
- 4+ years in financial services, fintech, or banking, ideally with institutional OTC trading.
- Hands-on experience in quantitative analysis or trading.
- Strong grasp of trading workflows and proficiency in API integrations.
- Bi-lingual in English and Mandarin.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or related field.
