About this role
Seeking a Product Manager for an international gaming company to develop a gaming platform that integrates multiple mobile games into a single ecosystem.
Description
We are an international gaming company developing a gaming platform that combines dozens of mobile games into a single ecosystem. Users complete tasks, open loot boxes, purchase Battle Passes, earn rewards, and win real prizes, including USDT.
Responsibilities
- Develop the Web Portal and Mobile App as a unified product;
- Identify growth points for key metrics and launch product hypotheses;
- Formulate the roadmap and prioritize tasks;
- Improve retention and user scenarios;
- Collaborate with design and development to create gaming mechanics;
- Analyze experiment results and scale successful solutions.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager;
- Strong experience in developing B2C products;
- Ability to work with product metrics (Retention, DAU/MAU, LTV, ARPU, etc.);
- Experience conducting A/B tests and making data-driven decisions;
- Understanding of User Journey, gaming mechanics, and user retention.
Will be a plus:
- Gaming / GameDev;
- Web3;
- Telegram Mini Apps;
- LiveOps;
- Experience with products having 1M+ MAU.
