BIX TEAM is developing WELTKRIEG 1: Firestorm, a mobile multiplayer shooter immersing players in the atmosphere of World War I.
Responsibilities

- Coordinate the development team
- Monitor deadlines, priorities, and task completion
- Organize processes between departments (Tech, Art, QA, Game Design)
- Control the production pipeline and feature status
- Participate in sprint planning and task setting
- Assist the team in removing blockers and improving workflows
- Maintain transparent communication within the team
Requirements
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager in gamedev
- Understanding of game development processes
- Experience with task trackers and documentation (Jira, Trello, Notion, Miro, etc.)
- Ability to build communication between teams
- High level of responsibility and organization
- Experience working with remote teams
- Passion for games and understanding of multiplayer projects is a plus
