About this role
Join an international FinTech company as a Project Manager to optimize internal processes and coordinate team efforts in the crypto payments sector.
Description
We are an international FinTech company with over 4 years in the market and more than 50 employees. Our main focus is on payment infrastructure for businesses and facilitating money transfers.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate the work of employees and control task execution.
- Analyze processes, identify bottlenecks, and suggest improvements.
- Implement new regulations, tools, and work standards.
- Work with KPIs, metrics, and operational reporting.
- Help systematize team work and increase efficiency.
- Interact directly with owners and department heads.
Requirements
- Experience in project management, team leadership, or managing a specific area.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize.
- Ability to work with numbers, tables, and metrics.
- Initiative, independence, and results-oriented.
- Willingness to deeply engage in processes and take responsibility for improvements.
Will be a plus: Experience in FinTech / Payments / Crypto / IT, optimization of business processes, and implementation of KPIs.
