About this role
Join an international FinTech company as a Customer Support Specialist focusing on crypto products. Work remotely in a night shift role, providing full-cycle support for crypto wallets and payment solutions.
Description
An international FinTech company develops products at the intersection of traditional finance and blockchain: crypto wallets, crypto cards, and payment solutions for users worldwide.
Responsibilities
- Full-cycle support: managing cases from inquiry to complete resolution
- Working with real crypto and payment scenarios, not classic L1 support
- Deep immersion in the product: transactions, logs, payment flows
- Interaction with Compliance, QA, and Development
- Ability to influence processes, documentation, and product quality
- Fully remote (location limited)
Requirements
- 2+ years of Customer Support in Crypto / FinTech / Payments
- Experience specifically with crypto wallets, crypto cards, or similar payment crypto products
- Experience only with crypto exchanges / trading or iGaming is not suitable
- Understanding of non-custodial wallets, transactions, and payment flows
- Ability to independently analyze complex cases and work with logs
- English — Advanced, all communication with clients is written
- Ukrainian or Belarusian — fluent + Russian
- Willingness to work 2/2, 20:00–08:00 (EET/EEST)
