An international fintech company is seeking a detail-oriented Payments Specialist to manage payment operations and ensure compliance with regulations.
Description
An international fintech company working in electronic payments and financial services is looking for a detail-oriented Payments Specialist.
Responsibilities
- Monitor daily payment operations, transactions, settlements, and reconciliations across multiple payment platforms.
- Oversee the functioning of payment systems, promptly resolve issues, and participate in improving payment processes.
- Ensure compliance of payment operations with regulatory requirements, collaborating with AML and anti-fraud teams.
- Prepare reports on payment operations, transaction volumes, and key performance indicators, analyze metrics, and identify process improvement opportunities.
- Interact with partner banks, payment providers, and internal teams to ensure stable integrations.
- Stay updated on changes in the payment industry, new technologies, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in payments, EMI, or financial services.
- Strong understanding of payment processing, including SEPA, SWIFT, card payments, and alternative payment methods (APM).
- Knowledge of AML/KYC requirements and financial compliance principles.
- Experience with payment systems and reporting tools.
- Proficient in MS Excel.
- Detail-oriented, able to analyze data and find solutions in non-standard situations.
- Proficient in English at C1-C2 level.
