About this role
Join our international fintech company as a PSP Operations Coordinator, managing relationships with payment partners and enhancing payment solutions.
Description
We are an international fintech company developing modern payment solutions for businesses worldwide.
Responsibilities
- Manage and develop relationships with existing PSPs, banks, aggregators, and payment partners
- Act as the main point of contact for partners after onboarding and integration
- Coordinate operational, financial, and technical topics with internal teams
- Handle partner issues and find practical solutions
- Work on improving commercial conditions, fees, pricing, and adding new payment methods
- Collaborate closely with PSP / Account Managers
Requirements
- 1–3+ years of relevant experience in Payments / PSP / FinTech / Acquiring / Gambling / Betting
- Experience working with PSPs, payment providers, aggregators, or banks
- Good understanding of card payments, e-commerce payments, integrations, and commercial fees
- Experience with European / CIS / Tier-1 markets; LATAM is a plus
- Strong communication, ownership, and problem-solving skills
- Proactive mindset — someone who looks for solutions instead of stopping at “no”
- English B1+; Russian is a strong advantage
