- At least 2 years of experience in Media Buying;
- Experience with large budgets;
- Understanding of CPA, ROI, ROAS, CR, LTV;
- Ability to test and scale traffic sources;
- Experience with Meta / Google / TikTok or other traffic sources;
- Experience in FinTech / iGaming / Gambling / Betting is a big plus.
