Responsibilities
- Manage operational processes and teams;
- Identify bottlenecks and improve efficiency;
- Implement regulations, KPIs, motivation, and reporting;
- Work with financial and operational indicators;
- Control changes from idea to result;
- Work directly with owners.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in COO / Operations / GM / leadership role;
- Experience in process optimization with measurable results;
- Ability to work with KPIs and financial indicators;
- Independence and strong management skills;
- Willingness to deeply engage in processes.
Preferred: Experience in FinTech / Payments / Crypto / IT.
