Looking for a Project Manager / Delivery Lead with experience in iGaming. Must have a technical background and be data-driven.
Responsibilities
- Manage the development process and coordinate the team.
- Conduct sprints, planning, grooming, syncs, and other team rituals.
- Monitor deadlines, risks, dependencies, and blockers.
- Work with KPIs, metrics, and process efficiency.
- Build a clear delivery process that genuinely helps the team.
- Be a link between business, product, and development.
Requirements
- Experience as a PM / Delivery Manager / Product Project Manager in IT.
- Technical background or good understanding of development.
- Ability to communicate effectively with the team.
- Data-driven approach and experience with analytics.
- Independence, systematic thinking, and readiness for a fast pace.
- Bonus: Experience in iGaming or gamedev.
- Understanding of real-time/dynamic digital products.
- Experience in startups or fast-growing teams.
- Active use of AI tools in work.
