- Reviewing support agent responses and evaluating their quality
- Providing feedback on reviewed cases and explaining the reasoning behind evaluations
- Analyzing performance issues and discussing improvement areas with agents who have low quality metrics
- Preparing reports on reviewed cases and documenting issues
- Suggesting improvements to make our support service more effective and deliver a better user experience
- 6+ months of experience as a Quality Control Specialist, Support Specialist, or in a similar role
- Fluent Serbian and B2 or higher Russian language skills
- A personal laptop or desktop computer with a stable internet connection for remote work
- The ability to work collaboratively and support teammates
- A willingness to learn and develop professionally
