About this role
Join XCCY as a Rust / Soroban Smart Contract Engineer to build the interest rate layer of crypto. Work on innovative projects in a remote setting with a competitive salary.
Description
XCCY - we’re building the interest rate layer of crypto: fixed rates, borrowing and interest rate swaps on-chain. Now live on Ethereum, Arbitrum and Polygon and looking for professional in Rust / Soroban to upgrade our team in development on non-EVM chains.
Responsibilities
- Build Soroban, Solana smart contracts
- Participate in improving Collateral & Risk Engine
- Work with traders and olympiad winners
- Optimize performance & architecture
Requirements
- Strong Rust
- Smart contracts OR fast learner
- DeFi / financial logic is a plus
- Ownership mindset
