About this role
Join MTS as a Senior 1C Developer to work on high-load systems and integration projects.
Description
MTS is a leading telecommunications company in Russia, focusing on innovative solutions and high-quality services.
Responsibilities
- Participate in technical design projects, development, and enhancement of high-load systems based on the 1C platform.
- Engage in the import substitution project of OEBS systems to 1C within the group of companies.
- Participate in integration projects of 1C systems with external and internal services (HTTP, Web services, data exchange broker (RMQ)).
- Identify and eliminate causes of increased load on 1C systems.
- Optimize queries, algorithms, and resource usage, and work with existing code.
- Maintain a high level of code quality and 1C development standards.
- Participate in discussions of proposed technical solutions considering future system usage.
Requirements
- Expert knowledge and experience with 1C: Payroll and HR management.
- Expertise in high-load systems on the 1C platform.
- Expertise in CI/CD (Git, Jenkins, optionally GitlabCI).
- Expert knowledge of data exchange mechanisms: web, HTTP services, message brokers (RMQ, Kafka).
- Experience with 1C databases on MS SQL and Windows, configuration and optimization of 1C application servers and PostgreSQL databases on Linux (a plus).
