Join AppFollow as a Senior AI Engineer to lead AI/ML functions and develop innovative solutions for mobile app feedback management.
Description
AppFollow is a platform for managing reviews and ASO of mobile applications with AI automation of user feedback.
Responsibilities
- Lead AI/ML functions from research and prototyping to production, monitoring, and iterations.
- Develop LLM functions for categorization, summarization, response to reviews, and semantic search.
- Build pipelines for training, fine-tuning, and evaluating model quality.
- Enhance RAG and semantic search: embeddings, vector storage, and retrieval quality.
Requirements
- 5+ years of software development and strong production Python skills, including asyncio.
- 3+ years of practical ML/NLP experience with models deployed in production.
- Experience in prompt engineering, RAG, fine-tuning open-source LLM, and working with commercial APIs.
- Proficient in PyTorch and Hugging Face ecosystem, including transformers, datasets, and PEFT.
