Hightech is seeking a Senior AQA Engineer to develop and maintain automated tests for a federal fintech project. The role involves building a new QA team and integrating automated testing processes.
Hightech is an outsourcing IT company based in Kazan, accredited since 2018. A new testing team is being formed for a federal fintech project: the QA function and automated testing framework are being created from scratch and integrated into the client's processes.
- Develop and maintain automated tests (API and UI), enhance the automation framework, and ensure stable automation in CI/CD.
- Participate in load testing preparation and execution, analyze results and system stability under load.
- Develop and maintain the automated testing framework.
- Analyze test run results, maintain and refactor automated tests.
- Conduct functional and regression testing of the web application.
- Create and maintain test and technical documentation (test cases, checklists, bug reports).
- Integrate automated tests into the CI/CD process.
- Localize and document defects, log them in the bug tracking system, conduct retests.
- Collaborate with the development team, analytics, QA, and related departments (business, information security, operations, contractors).
- 4+ years of testing experience, with at least 2 years in automated testing.
- Experience in developing automated tests in Python (Java is a plus).
- Experience with UI and API automated tests.
- Understanding of automated testing principles.
- Proficiency with Selenium WebDriver, Playwright, or similar tools.
- Experience in load testing: methodology preparation, test execution, result analysis, working with metrics and monitoring systems (JMeter, k6 or similar).
- Proficient in SQL for data verification: medium complexity queries with subqueries.
- Understanding of CI/CD principles, experience with Git.
- Knowledge of testing types, levels, and methods, principles of test plan and test case creation.
- Completed higher education.
