- Conduct technical validation, discovery, and PoC for enterprise clients alongside Account Executives.
- Design architectures based on DNS, CDN, Zero Trust, Network Security, and Workers.
- Prepare migration and onboarding plans, including DNS migration, Zero Trust rollout, and WAF setup.
- Be responsible for the technical aspect of account growth, QBR, and platform usage development.
- Experience in a client technical role: Solutions Engineering, Customer Engineering, Professional Services, Sales Engineering, or Technical Account Management.
- Ability to design and explain complex enterprise network and security architectures.
- Experience in a quota-carrying or revenue-aligned environment and understanding of enterprise sales cycles.
- Deep knowledge in at least four technical areas, including internet protocols, DNS, HTTP(S), and SSL/TLS.
