About the Company
Polymarket is the world's largest prediction market platform, enabling individuals to express views on real-world events by trading on outcomes across politics, economics, sports, culture, and current affairs. Built as a peer-to-peer marketplace with no centralized "house," Polymarket aggregates diverse opinions into transparent, market-based probabilities that reflect collective expectations about the future. They are growing quickly, both in terms of volume ($115B traded to date) and adoption as an alternative news source, with an ambition to become a ubiquitous beacon of truth in global media.About the Role

The other half of the role is analytical, involving understanding how fees, incentives, and promotions flow through to revenue and retention, including what a promotion cost, what it returned, and whether the traders it brought in stayed, all within a fast-moving environment with constant new product and incentive launches.Salary
