I’m the founder of IT Solve, a Poland-based IT consulting and software development company helping international clients with software engineering, cloud infrastructure, DevOps, and digital transformation projects.

We’re growing and looking for an experienced Senior Full Stack Developer who wants to be more than just an employee — someone interested in a long-term partnership and helping build the company.

Who We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of Full Stack Development experience
• Strong skills in:

- React.js - Next.js - Node.js - TypeScript - REST APIs - PostgreSQL / MySQL - AWS or other cloud platforms

• Experience delivering production applications
• Strong English communication skills
• Ability to work directly with international clients
• Entrepreneurial mindset and interest in building a business

What You’ll Be Doing

• Developing modern web applications for international clients
• Participating in technical discussions and solution design
• Helping estimate and plan projects
• Working closely with clients and stakeholders
• Supporting company growth and technical direction
