Triluna Games is looking for a Senior Game Designer and a Balance Game Designer for a dynamic roguelite FPS for Steam/PC. Join a remote team of professionals and influence game design decisions.

Responsibilities
Senior Game Designer
- System design of combat, meta, and economic systems
- Development and tuning of the combat system: weapons, enemies, abilities, balance
- Participation in level design
- Work in Unity
- Regular playtests and analysis of gameplay experiences
- Tuning shooting, difficulty, and progression
Balance Game Designer
- Balance of the combat system and difficulty curve
- Balance of economy and meta-progression
- Working with numbers, tables, and game parameters
- Building and tuning balance models
- Conducting playtests and tuning gameplay experiences
- Work in Unity
Requirements
Senior Game Designer
- 5+ years of experience in Game Design
- Real experience with Unity
- Deep understanding of FPS and roguelite
- Good gameplay experience in the genre and knowledge of references: Roboquest, Gunfire Reborn, Hades II, Ravenswatch, Sworn, Abyssus
Balance Game Designer
- 4+ years of experience in Game Design
- Experience with Unity
- Strong skill in working with Google Sheets/Excel and balance
- Deep understanding of FPS and roguelite
- Good gameplay experience in genre references
- Examples of balance tables, models, calculations, or systems designed and tuned independently are welcome.
