Responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain production systems and services in Go
- Participate in architecture and technical solutions design
- Work with high-load systems
- Solve performance, concurrency, and multithreading issues
- Design APIs and component interaction interfaces
- Write clear, testable, and maintainable code
- Conduct code reviews
- Participate in the full development lifecycle — from design to release and support
- Diagnose and resolve production issues
- Collaborate with architects and developers and justify technical solutions
Requirements
Requirements
- Commercial experience in Go development for over 6 years
- Go has been the main development language in recent years
- Strong understanding of concurrency, multithreading, and profiling
- Experience in developing high-load systems
- Experience with databases
- Experience with Docker
- Understanding of CI/CD processes and releases
- Experience in API design
- Ability to diagnose and optimize performance issues
- Good code review skills
- Independence, responsibility for results, and ability to work in a team
- For backend: especially important are PostgreSQL, Redis/NoSQL, Kafka/RabbitMQ/NATS, REST/gRPC, understanding of distributed systems principles, Kubernetes. A plus: deep knowledge of Kafka, experience with distributed databases, event-driven architecture, zero-downtime deploy, SLI/SLO, and Linux
- For system and network: practical experience with network protocols or experience in developing high-performance system or server-side software. Also important are understanding of high-load systems, concurrency, asynchronous processing, and performance optimization. Expected to work confidently with databases, Docker, and releases. A plus: experience in developing network services, proxies, load balancers, or other high-performance server-side software
- Ability to write clear, maintainable code
- Skills in conducting quality code reviews
- Proactivity and responsibility for results
- Ability to justify technical solutions and work in a team
