We are the #1 classifieds platform in Uzbekistan. Our platform today has over 6 million active users per month (MAU) and a base of 2.2 million active listings. After recently joining the TBC Bank ecosystem, we are actively scaling and completely rebuilding our platform.
- Develop, optimize, and scale our search core on Apache in an AWS EKS environment.
- Work on the quality of multilingual search (Uzbek/Russian), configuring morphology and synonyms.
- Implement hybrid Vector using semantic vectors (embeddings).
- Realize Learning to Rank (LTR) algorithms based on data from our Data Platform.
- Optimize the system for High-Load with tens of millions of queries.
- Experience with complex search tasks in high-load e-commerce or classifieds projects.
- Expert knowledge of Apache architecture.
- Proficient in Go for microservices development.
- Understanding of ranking algorithms and vector search principles.
